Construction supervision

A Construction Supervisor plays a vital role in the efficiency of your project. At Apolltech wi will be responsible for overseeing both the day-to-day activities as well as the construction itself. We'll have as much or as little involvement with each phase of the project as is deemed necessary. We'll need to ensure that everyone is working towards the same goals, that all project documents are spot-on, and that all stakeholders are engaged. We can provide plenty of supervision through direct action such as: verbally communicating with employees when necessary; making sure materials are delivered on time and in the right quantities


Test and commissioning

Engineers are responsible for the safety and security of our equipment and property. They need to be trained and certified in engineering; that requires a Licensing exam. Every time you add an element to your product (be it a hardware or software modification) you must first test it with your client. This is done by doing tests, designing sample codes, creating reports etc. This is done in order to provide a good performing product to our customer.


Shut-down supervision

Managing a team of subcontractors is challenging. Whether your company does construction or makes products for resale, it requires your full attention. At times it can feel like you’re managing a team of mercenaries as opposed to employees. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing as long as you recognize that they are your team and they need your skills. When they perform well, your business gets a lot more done and more efficiently.
