Conceptual to tender design
Conceptual to tender is the process of designing a product from the ground up without knowing whether it will sell or not. It is similar to what a beginner does when they model a building, but it’s much more important because the finished product will be used and paid for by someone. Think of conceptual tender as the type of design prototyping where you can start building a masterplan for an entire product or service before crafting any physical products.
Design Review
The design review process helps identify areas of improvement and areas where additional supervision is needed. This helps to ensure that your on-the-job performance can continue to be effectively managed by an individual with experience and expertise in similar positions. When there are design deficiencies that cannot be corrected in a timely manner and a supervisor lacks sufficient knowledge to assess these deficiencies, a design staff member may need to step in.
